BitRecruit provides website services to you subject to the following Terms of Service (TOS), which may be updated from time to time without notice. When using any particular BitRecruit services, you and BitRecruit shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the TOS.

Product Support

BitRecruit services are provided “as is”, with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you wish. We do however, offer support via email. Support does not cover assisance with the recruitment process outside of BitRecruit.

Account Termination and Suspension

BitRecruit reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate any user account without notice.

Job Seekers

Accounts will be terminated of job seekers who post a resume that does not meet the criteria of detailing Bitcoin related skills and/or experience. All new resumes are reviewed.

All decisions are final and accounts terminated or suspended will not be reversed.

Employer Accounts

You will be required to create a customer account when purchasing any of our products and/or services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and are not permitted to share and/or distribute your customer account login details outside of your company. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account and agree to immediately notify BitRecruit of any unauthorized use of your customer account or any other breach of security. BitRecruit will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these terms.

BitRecruit reserves the right at any time to modify and/or discontinue pricing and options with or without notice. Further, we may add new products and/or services with or without notice. Prices of any products are subject to change at any time by posting the changes to the BitRecruit website.

No refunds will be provided to recruiters who have their accounts terminated. This may be due to one or several of the following reasons. 1) Posting jobs that do not require Bitcoin knowledge and/or experience. 2) Posting gigs, internships, part time or entry level jobs. Only full time and full time contract jobs are permitted. 3) Spamming candidates. 4) Posting adult related jobs.  5) Illegal acts.
